About

The intersection of strategy and execution.

I started my career at BD (Becton Dickinson) as an analyst — close enough to the ground to understand how enterprise buying actually works, how change gets funded, and where organizations get stuck. Over six years I moved from supply chain analytics through program leadership, building business cases, securing $5M in internal funding, and leading cross-divisional initiatives that reduced $7M in forecasted waste and unified three business units.

At Movemedical, a MedTech SaaS company, I built the customer success function from scratch — from one loosely defined role into five specialized teams — while simultaneously owning a $5M book of business, closing $2M+ in new ARR, and maintaining 100% deployed client retention. I also created the industry's first MedTech field inventory conference, ran it twice, and doubled attendance to 104 people with a 91 NPS. I've since been actively building AI-powered tools using Claude Code and OpenAI, applied to CS operations and account management workflows.
